1616 Latimer Fund is an incorporated 501(c)(3) organization established to help fund major capital projects at the historically designated 1616 Latimer Street property, clubhouse for the Cosmopolitan Club of Philadelphia.
The Building on a Legacy campaign is the Fund’s initial fundraising effort and the first capital campaign in the history of the Cosmopolitan Club of Philadelphia.
The goal of this campaign is to raise $1.3 million to help fund historic preservation capital projects defined as initial priorities in the Club’s December 2021 Master Plan. Over half of the campaign’s goal has been raised to date.
